Job Summary
Oil Changers Store Manager in Training oversees day-to-day direction of store personnel, supervising and training technicians, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient customer service and profitability. Responsibilities include monitoring cash controls, completing store inspections, maintaining safety and cleanliness, scheduling staff, guiding technical staff in vehicle service (fluids, filters, tires, transmission/differential/radiator services), handling customer inquiries and payments, and driving store goals through leadership and performance coaching. The role requires English literacy, leadership and customer-service experience, and involves heavy emphasis on operations, cash handling, and staff development. Compensation is hourly with a monthly performance-based bonus, and the position is in-person at the Manitowoc, WI location.
Required Qualifications
