Job Summary
Check and change car fluids and filters, check tire pressure, and perform specialized services including transmission, differential, and radiator work. Note customer and maintenance information into the computer, accept payment, and explain services provided while maintaining a clean work area. Rotate through all duties in the Upper Bay, Lower Bay, Greeter, and Cashier roles under daily assignments from the Manager and Assistant Manager. Observe safety rules, comply with regulations, and provide prompt, courteous customer service in a garage environment with exposure to heavy equipment and varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must successfully complete the Lube Technician training course
- Must be able to reach four feet in height overhead
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Mobility is required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
