Oil Changers Assistant Manager (932)

Assist the store manager in delivering efficient, quality service to customers while monitoring workflow to meet specified time limits. Provide daily supervision and training to personnel, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations, while ensuring proper tools are available and safety rules are followed. Perform service tasks such as changing fluids, airing tires, and inputting maintenance data into computers, maintaining accurate cash controls and completing all required paperwork. Oversee daily clean-up to keep facilities presentable and enforce uniform standards. This role requires previous management experience, technical knowledge of automotive equipment, and the ability to work in a garage environment with exposure to heavy equipment and varying temperatures.
