Job Summary
Ensure the store opens and closes on time while monitoring workflow to meet service time limits. Provide daily supervision, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for store personnel. Deliver prompt, courteous customer service, resolve complaints, and perform vehicle services such as fluid changes, tire airing, and transmission work. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork accurately while maintaining proper cash controls and clean facilities. Adhere to safety regulations and meet sales goals. Reports to the Manager with direct supervisory responsibility for all store staff.
Required Qualifications
- Previous management/supervisory experience
- Good technical knowledge
- Math skills
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to reach four feet in height overhead
