Job Summary
Recruit, interview, and onboard new crew members while creating schedules and managing payroll. Control inventory by conducting End of Period and End of Year counts, placing orders, and restocking supplies. Understand shop financials to drive results and utilize the budget wisely. Support the team with duties such as changing oil, replacing filters, and performing other light maintenance services. You will conduct quarterly employee evaluations and ensure execution of Take 5 standards for oil changes and tire inflation. This full-time role offers a base salary up to $55,000 plus bonuses, paid time off, and health benefits. Paid training covers shop management and technical services, with a growth path to internal promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion
- Must have basic computer operating skills
