Job Summary
Recruit, interview, and onboard new crew members while creating schedules and submitting payroll. Manage inventory by conducting end-of-period and end-of-year counts, placing orders, and restocking supplies. Monitor shop financials to drive results and utilize the budget wisely. Perform hands-on tasks including draining motor oil, changing oil filters, and executing other light maintenance services. Provide excellent customer service and support team members with daily operations. Work full-time hours with potential for up to 55 weeks per week, including early shifts. We offer paid training on all services, quarterly evaluations, and a clear path to internal promotion for high performers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion
- Must have basic computer operating skills
