Job Summary
Recruit, interview, and onboard new crew members while creating schedules and managing payroll. Control inventory by conducting end-of-period and end-of-year counts, placing orders, and restocking supplies. Understand shop financials to drive results and utilize the budget wisely. Support team execution of standards for oil changes, filter replacements, tire inflation, and other light maintenance services. Perform hands-on tasks such as draining motor oil, changing oil filters, and executing other auto services as necessary. Provide excellent customer service while managing up to 55 hours per week on occasion.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion
- Must have basic computer operating skills
