Job Summary
Recruit, interview, and onboard new crew members while creating schedules and submitting payroll. Control inventory by conducting end-of-period and end-of-year counts, placing orders, and restocking supplies. Understand shop financials to drive results and manage the budget wisely. Conduct quarterly employee evaluations and support staff with duties like changing oil, replacing filters, and performing light maintenance. Drain motor oil and change oil filters as necessary. Provide excellent customer service while adhering to Take 5 standards for oil changes and other auto services. Full-time role with paid training, up to 55 hours weekly, and benefits including health insurance and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion
- Must have basic computer operating skills
