Job Summary
Shop Manager at Take 5 Oil Change leading a location: responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members; creating crew schedules and submitting payroll; controlling inventory and performing End of Period/Year inventory tasks; placing product orders and restocking; understanding shop financials to drive results; supervising and evaluating staff; providing excellent customer service; and ensuring adherence to Take 5 standards in oil changes and light maintenance. Paid training offered; opportunity to advance from Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training; competitive compensation with base salary and bonus opportunities (up to ~$55k+ per year) and benefits. On-site role at 10604 Fuqua St, Houston, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow pit
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc.
- Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
