Job Summary
Shop Manager at Take 5 Oil Change oversees shop operations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling; manages payroll, inventory, and budgeting; conducts employee evaluations and coaching; ensures quality oil-change services and customer satisfaction; responsibilities include supervising crew performing oil changes, replacing wiper blades/air filters, tire inflation, and other light maintenance; benefits include paid training, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and opportunities for advancement through internal promotions; location: 401 N. Required Qualifications
- Experience in leadership or management preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a pit and perform routine shop duties
- Ability to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer operating skills
