Job Summary
Recruit, interview, and onboard new crew members while creating schedules and submitting payroll. Control inventory by conducting End of Period and End of Year counts, placing orders, and restocking supplies. Understand shop financials to drive results and manage the budget wisely. Evaluate employees quarterly and support the team with duties such as changing oil, replacing filters, and performing light maintenance. Work in hot or cold weather conditions and be prepared to work up to 55 hours per week on occasion. This role offers paid training, a base salary of $55,000 or more with bonuses, and includes benefits like free oil changes, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
- Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion
- Must have basic computer operating skills
