Job Summary
Shop Manager at Take 5 Oil Change leads shop operations, recruits, onboards, and trains crew members; creates crew schedules and handles payroll; controls inventory, conducts End of Period/End of Year inventory, orders products, and analyzes shop financials to drive results; provides excellent customer service and ensures oil-change and light auto-maintenance services are performed; PAID TRAINING provided; opportunities for advancement to Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training; 52,500–86,600 USD annual base range with potential commissions/bonuses; full-time with health, vision, dental, 401(k) match, paid time off; requires ability to lift 50 lbs, work in pit, and endure variable weather; location: Pekin, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Experience is VALUED but not required
- Must be able to lift to fifty pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow pit
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week
