Job Summary
Greet customers enthusiastically, educate them on products and services, and provide maintenance recommendations based on schedules. Transact purchases, manage cash handling, and maintain shop cleanliness while adhering to all procedures. This role requires active listening, professional interaction, and the ability to multi-task with urgency. Candidates must be 18 with a driver's license, possess prior automotive service, customer service, or sales experience, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. The position involves working in all weather conditions, standing and bending for long periods, and lifting moderate weights. Flexible schedules are required, including year-round availability. Cross-trained to work as an Oil Change Tech, this entry-level role offers a competitive pay rate of $19.50 per hour plus eligible commission.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Prior experience in automotive service writing, customer service, and/or sales
