Job Summary
Greet customers enthusiastically, educate them on products and services, and transact purchases while maintaining cash handling procedures. Actively listen to customer needs, provide service recommendations based on maintenance schedules, and ensure shop premises remain clean. Cross-train to work as an Oil Change Technician, performing duties in state-of-the-art automotive service shops. Requires valid driver's license, prior automotive or customer service experience, and ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods. Must work flexible schedules including all weather conditions and be available year-round.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Prior experience in automotive service writing, customer service, and/or sales
- Excellent communication skills
