Job Summary
Greet customers in a positive, enthusiastic manner while educating them on products and services based on maintenance schedules. Actively listen and interact professionally to provide service recommendations, transacting purchases and maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Ensure shop premises remain clean and follow all position-specific procedures while multi-tasking with a sense of urgency. Cross-train to work in the Oil Change Technician position, where you will perform technical duties. Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with unwavering honesty and integrity, willing to work in all weather conditions and stand, walk, or bend for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Prior experience in automotive service writing, customer service, and/or sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Unwavering honesty and integrity

- Must be a team player
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments
