Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, educate them on products and services, and provide service recommendations based on maintenance schedules. Multi-task with urgency while transacting purchases, managing cash, and maintaining shop cleanliness. Cross-train to work as an Oil Change Technician, handling both front-line service and technical duties. Requires valid driver's license, prior automotive or customer service experience, and ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods. Must work flexible schedules including all weather conditions and outdoor environments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Prior experience in automotive service writing, customer service, and/or sales
- Excellent communication skills
