Job Summary
Assistant Shop Manager role at Take 5 Oil Change. Provides excellent customer service, processes payments, runs the floor, and assists with opening/closing procedures. Paid training available to learn the Take 5 way to manage a shop, including oil changes, blade/filter replacements, tire inflation, and other light maintenance. Opportunities for rapid advancement; past crew members frequently promote to Shop Manager. Responsibilities include supervising staff, training new employees, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient shop operations. Compensation includes base pay $15.00–$18.00/hour with weekly bonuses, benefits (health, vision, dental, 401(k) match), and paid time off. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in variable temperatures, and have reliable transportation. Location: Roanoke, TX (1209 N US Hwy 377). #LI-DNI #DBHVOL.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
