Job Summary
Assistant Shop Manager at Take 5 Oil Change with paid training, leading daily shop operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supervising crew to ensure high-quality oil-change services. Responsibilities include running the floor, opening/closing procedures, inventory control, training new employees, and performing light maintenance tasks such as draining oil and replacing filters. Earn base pay of $15.00-$18.00/hour plus weekly bonuses; full-time benefits include health/vision/dental insurance and 401(k) with company match. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
