Job Summary
Assistant Shop Manager at Take 5 Oil Change (Shop#630, 890 W Arapaho Rd). Leads and supports shop operations, delivers excellent customer service, processes payments, runs the floor, assists with opening/closing, inventory management, and training new employees in the Take 5 way. Paid training provided; opportunities for rapid advancement from Crew Member/Assistant Shop Manager to Shop Manager. Offers base pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour with weekly bonuses, benefits (health, vision, dental), 401(k) match, and paid time off. Role emphasizes leadership, staff coordination, and hands-on automotive maintenance tasks (oil changes, oil filters, tire inflation, restocking).
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
