Job Summary
Assistant Shop Manager at Take 5 Oil Change with paid training. Lead shop operations in the absence of the Shop Manager; provide excellent customer service, process payments, oversee floor activities, assist with opening/closing procedures, manage inventory, and train new employees. Perform oil changes and light maintenance tasks (drain oil, replace filters, check tires, restock). Growth path from Crew Member/Assistant Shop Manager to shop leadership; over 90% of current shop leaders promoted internally.
