Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, process payments, and run the floor by ensuring every employee is in position, every vehicle is checked, and every customer is satisfied before they leave. Assume the responsibility and authority of the Shop Manager in the Shop Manager's absence while performing opening and closing procedures. Drain motor oil, change oil filters, perform other auto services, restock inventory, and maintain shop, office, and bathroom cleanliness. Assist with counting and adjusting inventory levels on the floor. Train new employees to fulfill duties in the Take 5 way. This role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds, maneuver in a 3' deep pit, and work in hot or cold weather conditions. Full-time employees receive paid training, up to $15.00-$18.00/hour with weekly bonuses, and free oil changes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
