Job Summary
Assistant Shop Manager at Take 5 Oil Change with paid training, competitive base pay ($15.00-$18.00/hour) and weekly bonuses. Lead shop operations, provide excellent customer service, manage floor staffing, open/close procedures, inventory, and train new employees in the Take 5 process. Opportunity for fast advancement into leadership roles; previous experience not required. Full-time role based in Hudson Oaks, TX, with benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty pounds (50 lbs)
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
