Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, process payments, and assume full shop authority during the Shop Manager's absence. Run the floor to ensure every employee is positioned correctly, verify vehicle checks, and guarantee customer satisfaction before departure. Execute opening and closing procedures, manage inventory counts, train new staff on Take 5 protocols, and perform oil changes, filter replacements, and tire inflation. Maintain cleanliness across the shop, office, and restrooms while meeting physical demands for lifting up to 50 pounds and working in pit areas. Full-time role with paid training, weekly bonuses, and up to $18/hour base pay. Located at 1995 Airline Drive.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
