Job Summary
Assistant Shop Manager at Take 5 Oil Change responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing payments, and running the shop floor in the Shop Manager's absence. Key duties include opening/closing procedures, assisting with inventory, training new employees, performing oil changes and related light maintenance (oil and oil filter changes, replacing wiper blades/air filters), maintaining shop cleanliness, and helping staff stay on task to ensure customer satisfaction. Paid training is provided; opportunity for rapid advancement through the Take 5 growth path with the majority of field leaders promoted internally. Compensation ranges from $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus weekly bonuses, with benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.
