Job Summary
Entry-level Oil and Gas Specialist I supporting engine compliance programs and “Compliance as a Service” offerings. Under direct supervision, this role assists with data management, scheduling coordination, regulatory tracking, and administrative support to ensure compliance obligations are met accurately and on time. Designed as a developmental role providing foundational experience in emissions compliance, air quality regulations, and project coordination. Job can be performed primarily remote with periodic work in Sheridan, WY office.Responsibilities include data management of engine asset inventories, maintaining compliance data in tracking systems, organizing records, supporting audits, maintaining emissions testing schedules, coordinating with internal teams for logistics, tracking deadlines and reporting, preparing regulatory notifications, maintaining SOPs, performing quality checks on data, and supporting process improvements. Core competencies include attention to detail, learning agility, task management, communication, and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (or in progress)
- 0–2 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Excel and business software
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn environmental regulations
