Establish and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems to ensure compliance with domestic regulations and group standards. Monitor air pollutant emissions, oversee waste treatment solutions, and manage hazardous waste collection, storage, and disposal. Develop emergency plans for environmental and safety incidents, conduct risk assessments, and lead accident investigations with corrective measures. Organize regular safety inspections, employee health checks, and PPE procurement while coordinating with government agencies and customers for audits. Prepare monthly OHS reports, lead acceptance preparations for inspections, and deliver training on safety protocols and emergency drills.
