Job Summary
Act as a reliable guide and educational adult for adolescents aged 10–17 with neuropsychiatric symptoms, providing consistent support and fostering a home-like environment. Collaborate with the youth's parents, school, and broader network while actively contributing to the team's care quality reporting, evaluation, and development work. Share your expertise from your social or health care background with the entire team and utilize evidence-based methods and TAMKin-accredited training pathways like the Nepsy mentor training. Work full-time in evening, night, and weekend shifts within a seven-bed unit, requiring a driver's license, hygiene pass, first aid certification, and criminal record check. The role offers a permanent contract with salary based on the G21 collective agreement, comprehensive occupational health services, accident insurance, and annual sports and culture benefits.
