Conduct daily home care and coaching for mental health rehabilitation clients in Vantaa, supporting their transition to independent living through a recovery-oriented framework. Manage weekly care plans and provide individualized assistance within clients' own homes, including coordination for activities outside the residence. Possess a driving license and driving skills as an asset for travel-related support. Requires full-time permanent employment with a two-shift schedule including weekends and on-call duties. Must hold a social and health care professional qualification (near-nurse), LOve medication administration competency, EA1 first aid certification, hygiene pass, and fluent Finnish.
