Job Summary
Associate Veterinarian role at a privately owned small animal practice in Greater Cincinnati. The practice offers truly flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, 4-day weeks, or 3 longer shifts) with no on-call or after-hours, and emphasizes work-life balance. You’ll join a team-focused clinic with a 3:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, mentorship or autonomy based on experience, and a comfortable appointment pace of 20–40 minutes. Compensation ranges from $160K–$215K depending on experience and schedule, with medical insurance stipend, 15 PTO days, SEP IRA, CE support of $3,000 annually, fully covered licenses/dues, and an ownership/partnership potential within 3 years. Required Qualifications
