Job Summary
Provide a private, furnished bedroom and welcoming common areas in your home to care for an adult with developmental disabilities in Ohio. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living (personal care, cooking, cleaning), scheduling medical appointments, organizing social activities, maintaining records, and following routines. Training and certification provided; ongoing support from ViaQuest. Benefits include a tax-free stipend ($35,000–$60,000 yearly), paid time off, room & board and transportation allowances, easy reporting tools, and dedicated management support. Strong communication, problem-solving, and caregiving skills are essential.
