Job Summary
Supervisor of OhioRISE Care Coordination overseeing a team of Care Coordinators implementing the High-Fidelity Wrap Around Model for Tier II and Tier III clients; responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, achieving program goals, conducting performance evaluations and action plans, providing supervision and feedback, leading staff meetings and ensuring quality documentation and treatment planning, developing aftercare and service plans, and ensuring staff training in approved treatment strategies with fidelity reviews. Licensure and education requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in social work (Master’s preferred) and Ohio LISW-S/LPCC-S or LSW/LPC as preferred; valid driver’s license with good driving record may be required.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related discipline required
- Master’s degree in social work or related discipline preferred
- Valid Ohio LISW-S, LPCC-S. LSW, LPC preferred but not required
- Minimum four years of experience in a mental health setting with at least one year supervisory experience
