Job Summary
Manage a dedicated caseload by reviewing and drafting legal pleadings, filing documents, and attending court hearings. Conduct settlement negotiations, communicate with clients on escalated issues, and handle special projects including assigning attorneys and approving outside counsel invoices. Update case systems with work effort notes and status changes while reporting directly to the Firm's President. Requires an Ohio license, JD, and strong judgment in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree
- Juris Doctor Degree
- License to practice law in the State of Ohio
- Maintain good standing in courts of any jurisdiction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Drug Testing/Background Checks: Prior to hire a background check and drug test is required
