Job Summary
ʻOhana Engagement Specialist I provides administrative operations and program support for Early Childhood initiatives serving families with Native Hawaiian children aged 0-5. Responsibilities include customer service, facility cleanliness and safety, mail and inventory management, support for timesheets and travel, IT and software assistance (laptops, Zoom, NetSuite/Concur/Ramp), filing and CRM administration, program logistics and chaperone/transport support for activities, data inputting, documentation and note-taking, and collaboration with the program team to develop and evaluate innovative EC programming across multiple sites. Requires ability to work evenings/weekends as needed, valid driver license, TB clearance, and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Associates degree preferred
- 2 years of administrative experience preferred
- 1 year of working in the early childhood field with parents and young children preferred
