Job Summary
Set up and calibrate die-cutting equipment to produce high-quality paper products per order specifications on 2nd shift (2:30pm–10:30pm, M-F). Responsibilities include monitoring the cutting process, adjusting settings for quality and efficiency, inspecting materials and finished products, completing end-of-task paperwork with basic math, operating a forklift to move large paper rolls and scrap materials, and handling baler operations while following safety procedures. Requires ability to read work orders, attention to detail, and a safety-conscious approach to manufacturing tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience operating cutting machinery in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting work orders
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills and ruler reading
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and safety adherence
