OGP Inspector - Quality

Job Summary
Inspects molded plastic parts to ensure product quality per customer specifications, using inspection processes based on control plans and work instructions. Maintains an organized work area to separate inspected parts, completes required documentation of inspection and testing in paper and electronic systems, counts or packs parts for shipping or storage, follows established quality procedures, communicates production problems to leads or management, operates OGP equipment, and releases product for shipping per control plan. Requires basic math, data entry, microscope operation, and ability to read and interpret instructions; must have good color vision, manual dexterity for handling small parts, and interpersonal skills to interact with team members. The work environment is climate-controlled with variable noise; physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds and frequent standing/sitting. Employment with Accumold is at-will.
Required Qualifications
- High school education coursework or GED required
- Ability to enter data into computer, operate telephone and send email
- Ability to use microscope or other inspection equipment required
