Job Summary
Administer conflicts reviews for lateral attorney candidates by assisting with questionnaire completion and analyzing reports to identify matters requiring additional review or Ethics Committee action. Obtain jurisdictional guidance from attorneys to evaluate lateral conflicts checks accurately, then prepare summaries of analysis and follow-up responses for sponsoring attorneys and recruiting departments. Coordinate with OGC leadership to triage work efficiently while maintaining highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, and proprietary information. This role supports Latham's Office of the General Counsel in managing incoming lateral candidates across Boston, New York, Houston, Los Angeles, or Washington, D.C.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent
- A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a law firm or other professional services firm
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Intapp Open software, preferably
