Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on optical and metallic networks to ensure service availability and quality. Act in the field to identify and resolve link outages and signal degradation. Securely install and manage optical cables in poles and underground ducts, while inspecting splice boxes and distribution points. Adhere to technical standards and safety protocols for working at heights and with electricity. Document all activities through technical reports and service orders. Support network improvements to optimize performance and expand capacity. Maintain personal and team safety by correctly using PPE and tools. Work in shifts with emergency on-call availability. Requires high school diploma, preferably with a technical degree in telecommunications, and experience in optical and metallic network maintenance.
