Job Summary
Conduct minor plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and fixing leaky spigots. Perform miscellaneous tasks including tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching wall holes. Execute preventative maintenance on tools and equipment through cleaning and lubrication. Follow all company safety policies, report hazards, and complete required safety training. Maintain a clean professional appearance, protect company assets, and assist guests with service needs and disabilities. Move objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently and lift items over 100 pounds with assistance. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
