Perform civil maintenance, painting, and hydraulic repairs while supporting layout renovations and conservation tasks. Identify maintenance needs and contribute solutions for environmental preservation. Manage the proper use and conservation of tools, equipment, and PPE to maintain an organized workspace compliant with safety standards. Requires high school diploma and general building maintenance knowledge. Schedule runs from 07:30 to 17:03 hours, Monday through Friday.
