Execute general repairs in shopping center facilities, including painting, plastering, and concrete work, while performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic and plumbing systems. Operate air conditioning equipment, manage cooling towers, and conduct routine inspections of pumps, filters, and refrigeration instruments. Respond to client calls regarding system issues, perform necessary repairs or direct tenants to their own maintenance teams, and document all activities in the PRISMA management system. Maintain a clean and organized workshop and technical corridors.
