Job Summary
Conduct carpentry, masonry, and painting tasks including dry wall installation, floor construction, and facade painting while adhering to safety protocols and NR-35 regulations for heights. Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on furniture, doors, windows, and building systems by verifying service requests, planning work schedules, and calculating materials. Transport furniture between areas, organize workspaces, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility. Report irregularities or safety risks to immediate supervisors and complete all related documentation and service orders. Perform gardening maintenance and inspect communication tools daily. Work Monday through Friday from 08h to 17h.

- Curso obrigatório: NR35
- Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h às 17h
