Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on masonry, carpentry, painting, plumbing, mechanics, and refrigeration systems under direct supervision. Perform repairs on furniture and wood pieces, manage animal care and hygiene within the facility, and maintain glass, facades, and pool water quality. Install simple metal structures like shutters and doors, read utility consumption records, and organize tools and equipment. Train junior maintenance staff, ensure proper use of PPE, and monitor third-party services while adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures.
