Job Summary
Assist the chef in all procedures necessary for meal preparation and monitor the head chef and nutritionist to adjust portion volumes, preventing waste or shortages. Follow the Good Manufacturing Practices (MBPF) manual to ensure quality standards within the kitchen. Requires fundamental education and industrial kitchen experience. Schedule includes availability for different shifts with a rotation system.
