Execute technical and practical tasks for new construction and maintenance/refurbishment projects under supervision. Manage work from foundation to finishing, including excavation, concrete pouring, wall construction, and tile installation. Interpret architectural plans and supervise assistants. Requires team work capability, construction experience, tool handling skills, and safety protocol knowledge. Based in Marbella (Málaga) for various building sites.
