Job Summary
Travel nationwide to capture electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures for USCIS applicants seeking legal immigration. Process ASC processing forms, review documentation, and track processing times while maintaining a 98% efficiency rating. Safeguard all documents, provide customer service, and perform backup duties for receptionist and site supervisor roles. Work onsite at the Application Support Center or in varied environments including nursing homes and hospitals. Requires government suitability clearance, US citizenship, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued suitability clearance
- US Citizenship
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Local travel 50%-100% of the time to fulfill contract requirements
- Regular travel to multiple locations within assigned routes, including nursing homes, residential homes, hospitals or other locations as determined by USCIS
- Ability to work in varied environments, which may include urban, suburban, and rural settings, as well as facilities with differing levels of accessibility
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, travel routes, and customer needs, sometimes with short notice
- Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and environments that may present physical, emotional, or situational challenges
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 75% of assigned work hours
- Ability to carry/transport 30 lbs
- Ability to type and use basic computer skills
- Ability to act as the primary independent point of contact with the customer
- Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality while representing the organization in the community
