Offshore Supply Chain Support Coordinator

Coordinate the supply of parts for Qantas Engineering base checks delivered through offshore MRO partners. Manage part deliveries, unserviceable returns, and usage in SUPPLY; raise and receip t demands to ensure parts availability aligns with maintenance schedules. Work closely with offshore teams in Abu Dhabi, Dresden, China, Manila, Singapore and Hong Kong while based in Sydney. Build strong relationships across offshore networks and deliver outcomes in a time-critical environment. Demonstrate purchasing, warehousing, and inventory-management experience; proficiency in SUPPLY, MS Teams, Mxi, Outlook, ONBASE, QMS, eSchenker, QF Freight, Excel, and SUPPLY macros; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and travel internationally as required. Be an independent, proactive worker capable of delivering under pressure and supporting base maintenance operations across the offshore network.
