Offshore Structural Department Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage the offshore structural engineering department across global execution centers, serving as the technical authority for offshore structural engineering and providing governance, leadership, and strategic direction across topsides, jackets/substructures, floating systems, and associated infrastructure. Drive department strategy, standards, and continuous improvement; oversee project delivery from Pre-FEED through PMC; manage global delivery resources and competency development; support bids with structural engineering inputs and value engineering; ensure compliance with KBR Quality Management Systems, project specifications, and industry codes; promote digital engineering and 3D modelling (e.g., SACS, SESAM); collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients; require 20+ years of offshore structural experience and a Civil/Structural Engineering degree (Master’s preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 20+ years of offshore structural engineering experience
