Job Summary
Offshore Recruiter responsible for partnering with Recruiting Managers to determine staffing needs, interacting with applicants, processing submissions, conducting candidate interviews and tests, building relationships with internal employees, ensuring onboarding/orientation runs smoothly, and researching potential candidates via job portals. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least six months of BPO inbound customer service experience, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Must be willing to work onsite in Cubao and a graveyard shift; location cues include Manila/Cubao, Philippines. Pay type is Salary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least six months BPO experience in inbound customer service
- Combination of work experience and education acceptable
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Love for interacting with diverse groups
- Extreme organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer skills and ability to do intermediate mathematical functions
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work onsite if necessary (internet issues, power outages)
- Dedicated distraction-free workspace at home
- Willingness to work a graveyard shift
- Ability to start ASAP
