Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day execution of production, operational, or order fulfillment activities by monitoring job progress, schedules, and delivery timelines. Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues, manage priorities, and maintain accurate production records and operational reports. Track multiple jobs simultaneously while identifying delays, workflow bottlenecks, or operational risks to escalate appropriately. Utilize job management, ERP, or workflow systems to ensure data accuracy and assist in developing processes to enhance productivity. This remote day shift role supports offshore teams and shared services operations within Beepo, a leading Australian-owned outsourcing provider helping businesses grow sustainably through Philippine talent.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in production coordination, operations, supply chain, order fulfillment, or a similar coordination role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting offshore teams or shared services operations
- Experience using job management, ERP, or workflow management systems
- Familiarity with production planning, order management, logistics, or supply chain processes
- Experience coordinating with suppliers, vendors, or cross-functional operational teams
- Experience in the promotional products, manufacturing, printing, retail, or distribution industry is an advantage
- Exposure to process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
