Job Summary
Provide daily operational oversight of offshore teams managing hospital account receivable (A/R) functions, financial clearance, eligibility verification, and patient estimates. Monitor offshore productivity, quality, and adherence to workflows, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between onshore hospital A/R teams and offshore partners, clarifying unclear processes, escalating complex issues, and validating corrective actions. Review completed work to identify errors, trends, and training gaps impacting billing outcomes and patient access. Track performance against defined SLAs, analyze operational data to improve cash performance and turnaround times, and prepare findings for management. Ensure all activities comply with federal, state, and payer regulations while supporting initiatives to reduce rework and enhance the patient financial experience. Requires up to 20% travel for domestic and international vendor site visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, healthcare administration, or other related field
- 2-4 years in a billing office or healthcare setting

- Knowledge of revenue cycle
